IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT, THE DIVISION OF PERSONNEL ANNOUNCES TESTING FOR THE RANK OF POLICE CAPTAIN TERRITORY-WIDE WITHIN THE VIRGIN ISLANDS POLICE DEPARTMENT

This promotional examination sign up is only for current employees of the Virgin Islands Police Department.

Do not proceed to sign up for this exam is you are not an employee of the Virgin Islands Police Department.

SIGN-UP PERIOD OPENS at 8:00AM ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2025

SIGN UP ENDS 11:59 PM ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2025

Qualifications to sign up to take the Police Captain Exam: Two (2) years of accumulated service in the department in a classified police rank immediately below that of a Captain.
